Emotional Gratitude

I am very excited about this event. I am opening up my heart and home for this event, which will be taking place in a warm and comfortable yurt in my backyard. This night is for someone who is on the path of self discovery and wanting to become more self aware. We will be clearing out old energy, working through an emotional hangup in order to move forward with peace. 

I like to be in the flow and follow the energy of the group with that said here is a lose outline of what the night will consist of:

• Tea, wine, and chat
• Chakra healing meditation
• Self and emotional awareness discussion
• Journal writing
• Acceptance and release meditation
