Summer Solstice Celebration

During this Summer Solstice Celebration, you will be turning inward, feeling into your body, thoughts, and spirit. It is a night of yoga, meditation and reiki. Come dressed comfortably (yoga pants, sweats, etc.) and ready to celebrate this time of nourishment and growth.

Come celebrate the Summer Solstice with me and nine other women in a warm and comfortable yurt in my backyard. We will start the evening with food and drinks, perhaps make a floral sage bundle for you to take home with you. We will connect to our bodies with a little beginner's yoga session and clear energy with a Reiki practitioner.

This celebration will consist of:

• Drinks, snacks and chat
• Sage bundle
• Yoga
• Group Reiki
• Manifesting meditation
